We ferment our straight ciders with a clean, neutral ale yeast to allow the fruit flavors to stand out

 

Pineapple

This dry cider uses 100% pineapple juice giving it a bright island pineapple flavor.

Watermelon Cucumber

Summer seasonal release. A backyard party of organic watermelon juice, added post fermentation, fresh, hand-cut, cucumbers give this refreshing cider a crisp, clean finish.

Grapefruit Vanilla

Think grapefruit creamsicle on a hot summer day. Tart ruby red grapefruit combined with smooth vanilla.

Mixed Berry

The combination of blackberry, cherry, and blueberry give this cider sweet complexity with a nice dry finish.

Spiced Mango

Fall seasonal release. Mango cider with cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. Giving your holiday cider a tropical twist.

 Wild Series

Our wild ciders are a fermentation blend of mixed culture yeast and bacteria

Apricot

Fermented with lactobacillus and brettanomyces. Very dry. Slight bready notes with a solid apricot backbone and nice touches of farmhouse flavors.

  • 7% ABV

Passion Fruit

Fermented with lactobacillus and brettanomyces. Very funky and tropical. The passion fruit compliments the brett nicely.

Oaked Saison
